We reserve the rights to make price and term adjustments. However, prices are fixed during the order.
All orders must be paid in advance (prior to shipping). Upon receiving payment notification follows.

When an order isn't paid without reason within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and the products will be for sale again on the website. The buyer will receive notification about this.
Most of the products at Hats 'n Dreads are custom made. These products therefore have a longer delivery time. If the buyer wants to have this product before a certain date Hats 'n Dreads recommends to order this in time! Mention this date with your order.
Actual colors may appear slightly different in person.
When a buyer is not content with the products made by Hats 'n Dreads, it is important to contact us about this within 7 working days and return the products to us.
If this is due a mistake made by Hats 'n Dreads the product will be adjusted free of charge and you're your shipping costs will be compensated.
Hats ‘n Dreads is not responsible for mistakes made due to wrongly given information. We can adjust your products but we do not give refunds on extra costs.
Some products will not be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. In all cases it is therefore very important to return the product unworn to us. Please contact us for the next steps.
Shipping costs are in accordance with rates of the Dutch Mail Company (TNT). Hats 'n Dreads will send you a final confirmation after placing the order with the exact shipping costs.
